FelloCoder is designed to be flexible. You can pause, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time — no long-term contracts.

Cancellation

To cancel, contact us via email or the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Request refunds via the same contact channels. Refunds are processed within 10 business days where approved.
